Upon passing the state exam, the Department of Real Estate will issue you an 18-Month Conditional License, however, if you complete two additional Statutory Courses prior to licensing, the state will allow you to bypass your Conditional License and issue you a full Four-Year License up front. If you do not provide the DRE with proof that you have passed two additional statutory courses (one of which MUST BE Real Estate Practice) at licensing, you must do so within the first 18-months of the date you received your license.
